Shiv Kumar has been a realtor since 2012 and decided it was time to go out on his own and put together his own real estate team, Omaxe Real Estate Group

As one of the Top 1% Realtors in Chandigarh and Delhi, Shiv wanted to create a brand that stood out from the crowd and reflected his distinct personality, his exceptional knowledge, diligent attention to detail, and his strong ability to form lasting relationships with his clients.

Omaxe Real Estate Group, New Chandigarh required a brand, graphic design which involves the creation of flyers, brochures, t-shirt prints, business cards, booklets, bookmarks, envelope designs, signs, letterheads, posters, CD cover, print media design templates, and more.

Brand Strategy & Brand Identity

I worked collaboratively with Shiv to develop his new brand. He chose the name Omaxe Real Estate Group, New Chandigarh to subtly infer
that when you work with Shiv and his team you get way more than you realize as well as a reference to Shiv’s background in accounting.

The basic components of the logo are built from typography, integrated glyphs using the chartreuse green colour as an accent. Overall it is simple, clean and balanced, successfully portraying a feeling of casual elegance.

Result

The brand really comes together beautifully with the brand designs and Social media which perfectly reflects the Omaxe Real Estate Group, New Chandigarh personality, offerings, and uniqueness. Now, New Chandigarh is set to emerge as the next real estate destination. The First Eco-Town of Punjab, the city is well connected to Chandigarh and could provide more space for new development with better planning. Best Omaxe wanted to be able to communicate with their audience effectively before the initial contact, which is what we achieved with the new Brand designs and Social media designs.
